1. Discovery Call

Our journey begins with a friendly chat, where your branding dreams take centre stage. We want to hear your vision, understand your goals and set the tone for our collaboration. This isn't just about business; it's about building a partnership that fosters creativity and trust. We will explore the basic details of your project, explain our process and answer your burning questions. Following this, a tailored project proposal will be sent your way. Check out these essential questions to ask during a discovery call!

2. Preparation Phase

This phase involves essential tasks like settling the deposit, signing our agreement, completing the branding questionnaire, setting up our collaborative Pinterest board and getting acquainted with our client portal

3. Deep dive strategy

Now, let's dissect your brand's essence. We'll discuss your branding questionnaire in detail and shape a strategy that reflects your identity. This stage lays the groundwork for a brand that's strategically grounded.

4. Visual Direction

Based on all our research I put together a few mood boards to establish your brands vibe. Mood boards showcase various visual directions, bringing your brand's emotions and narratives to life. It's more than colours and fonts; it's the beginning of your brand's visual identity. We will use the chosen mood board as inspiration moving forward into the design phase.

5. Design Phase

Let’s get your logo concepts designed! I translate strategy into design, curating initial concepts for your primary logo, each inspired by our mood board. Each package has a different amount of logo concepts included.

6. Refinement Stage

Your opinion matters. In this phase, you'll offer your insights, steering the design toward perfection. We're here to make sure your voice is not only heard but infused into the design. Each design package has a different amount of set revisions, ranging from 2 - 4.

7. Brand guidelines

This is where your brand takes its official form. The brand guide ensures that your identity stays consistent across every platform, and your brand's message shines bright and clear. You will see your entire logo suite, mockups, colour palette and fonts through out the document. Now is your time to request any additional tweaks before signing off your branding.
